Applications Our compact design IQF freezer is suitable for the freezing and chilling of short and medium retention time loose products such as shrimps, fruits & vegetables.

The layout is individual to our customer's requirements, it is of modular construction incorporating high performance centrifugal fans for high thermal operation, and direct drive for low maintenance and efficient operation. The machine is easy to clean and defrost.

The customer has the option of shift or continuous defrosting, with either water or hot gas, and can choose the type of refrigerant.

Capacity

A typical IQF freezer is capable of freezing in excess of 10 tonnes of peas per hour.
