New year a busy time and satisfied customers

In 2009 we reported a busy end to the Year with the delivery of a Package Spiral Freezer delivered to the county of Devon in the UK, a contract for supply won over both UK and European competition.This contract was for

The Package Spiral was delivered to site built and ready for refrigeration connection , saving the customer time and significant onsite labour costs. Jackstone engineers took care of the complete instalation and we were delighted with the response from our customer.

''Since Paramount moved to its current freehold premises in 2007 the
business has grown significantly and one of the largest areas of growth has
been in the production of Fish Pies, for which there is increasing demand.
however the issue faced by the business was that of freezing the Fish Pies
and other fish based products to acceptable temperatures at resonable run rates
using the existing in line Freezer

A variety of solutions were considered from Nitrogen to Plate Freezers,
but Paramount settled upon a Spiral Freezer, the project benefitted from Grant Aid
from the European Fisheries Fund ,administered by the Marine Fisheries Agency.

Jackstone Freezing Systems were mentioned at Board level but were more thought of
in respect to Plate freezers. Jackstone recomended a spiral freezer and were so convinced
that this was the best solution, they took Paramount to view two in operation, the results were
very impressive.The solution offered met all the key criteria with this project being delivered
on time and to budget, since the machine has been in operation all through put temperatures
and targets hve been met,and due to the efficiency of the machine energy saving will
exist.

In respect of service and support delivered by Jackstone there are no complaints at all ,with
expectations being exceeded. Commissioning was thorough, training was comprehensive
and attention to detail and delivering upon promises exceptional.
